Program Description
Open Gym is exactly what it sounds like: the VIO Performance Collective floor is yours. No class structure, no set agenda — just you, the equipment, and the space to focus on whatever your training calls for that day.
Use it to dial in a skill you picked up in class, work through an accessory program, get an extra lifting session in, or simply move at your own pace on your own timeline. Athletes who supplement their class attendance with Open Gym see faster progress, period.
Available to all active members as part of your membership, Open Gym time is posted weekly. Show up, put in the work, and leave better than you arrived.
Full Equipment Access
Every barbell, rack, and piece of kit on the floor is available during Open Gym hours. Set up exactly what your session requires and take the time you need to do it right.
Skill & Accessory Work
Open Gym is the perfect time to drill the movements you want to improve and add the accessory work that class programming does not always have room for. Consistent practice is how gaps close.
Train on Your Timeline
Not every day fits a class slot. Open Gym hours give active members the flexibility to get quality training in without being tied to a fixed schedule. Your membership, working harder for you.
